Job Description

Insight Global's client is looking for a Field Service Operations Manager to support their aftermarket services division. The Field Service Operations Manager will oversee the operations for rotating equipment maintenance and repair services, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery by managing a team of field service technicians, coordinating service activities, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating field service activities such as scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics; maintaining strong client relationships by addressing their needs and concerns promptly; ensuring all service activities meet company standards and regulatory requirements; providing technical support and guidance to the team; tracking and reporting on service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement; enforcing safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment; and managing the field service budget to optimize costs while maintaining service quality.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ Years of experience doing preventative maintenance, repairs, and installation with rotating equipment (pumps, turbines, etc)
Experience utilizing Microsoft suite software

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Project management/Customer interfacing experience
