Insight Global is seeking a Field Service Engineer for an industry leading oil and gas technology company. This Field Service Engineer would be joining a rapidly growing international team to provide the highest quality service to some of the industry's leading producers. This team focuses on the maintenance, repair, and commissioning of large industrial generators and auxiliary equipment. This Field Service Engineer should have at least 3 years of experience working with electrical power generating units and any of the mechanical components associated with the system. Ideally, the team member has worked in the oil and gas field and can affectively translate their field skills into this unique role. This person should have a strong understanding of HV Generators, Motors, Synchronous condensors, Power Management Systems, Electrical Protection Systems, Excitation Controllers (AVRs), and Synchronizing equipment.
This person must be comfortable with consistent domestic and international travel up to 75% of the time.
This role is offering a salary of $80-90k with additional travel, living, and overtime benefits. Along with a competitive health and retirement plan.

3+ years of Field Maintanence/Service experience pertaining to large industrial generators
Competency using maintenance tools and precision equipment
Ability to travel 75% of the time - domestically and internationally
Operate safely with medium and high voltage electrical systems
Bilingual - English and Spanish
