Facilities technician to provide support, perform maintenance, and installations for Facilities Department at all sites necessary for GHC 9-1-1s 7x24 Operations Division. The demands of the facilities technician will require the person to thoroughly understand and accept the mission critical nature of the Operations Division and GHC 9-1-1 Network.
Perform minor maintenance on electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Troubleshoot and resolve facility related incidents
Maintain facility inventory necessary for support and response
Assist with all facilities upgrades and maintenance tasks
While on-call, respond to any and all issues that arise
Participate and respond to any GHC 9-1-1 disaster recovery efforts and activations
Report all activity and information to the NOC for accurate documentation
Participate with GHC 9-1-1 internal ticketing system
Conduct routine facilities safety checks
Perform minor custodial and property maintenance tasks
Compensation for this position ranges from $25-$30/hr dependent upon relevant job experience.

At least three years of work experience in a similar facilities type role
Good working knowledge of both electrical and mechanical equipment components
Proficient in basic office systems such as Outlook, Microsoft Office, Etc.
