Job Description

An O&G client in Houston, TX is looking for a Facilities Engineer III to join their team. They will support the client's Facilities Engineering Team at the company's corporate office reporting to the SMB Lead, USON Facilities Engineering & Construction. The Facilities Engineer will be responsible for providing project planning, execution & coordination for new Central Tank Batteries, Gas Lift Compression & Well hookup installations associated with development activities. This role will require strong planning and communication skills to coordinate across multiple disciplines to complete projects on time and on budget while meeting project objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Development of the Scope of Work (SOW), cost estimate, Design Basis Memorandum (DBM), Project Execution Plans (PEP), and Authorization of Funds Expenditure (AFE) documents necessary to obtain project approvals.

- Development of construction drawings and RFQ packages through coordination with third party engineering firms, construction foreman & operations personnel.

- Ensure Management of Change (MOC) approvals are identified, coordinated, and approved where required based on the Scope of Work to be performed.

- Coordination of Pre-Start-up Safety Reviews (PSSR) with engineering, construction & operations personnel.

Required Skills & Experience

5-20 years of Facilities Engineering experience with US onshore upstream facilities

Engineering Degree

Experience with full cycle upstream projects (from conception/design to construction activities to production)
