Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a licensed Escrow Officer for a client in the Galleria to manage a
pipeline of residential and commercial transactions from opening through closing. This
person will coordinate with all parties, handle documentation and escrow processes,
ensure deadlines are met, and lead closings through final disbursement. The ideal
candidate has strong client relationships and an existing book of business.
Responsibilities
• Manage the full escrow process from file opening to closing
○ Opening escrow orders
○ Ordering and tracking payoffs
○ Sending welcome packages to buyers and sellers
○ Managing back-office escrow production functions
• Review purchase agreements and escrow instructions to determine transaction
requirements
• Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements, and escrow instructions
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys throughout the
transaction
• Ensure all conditions of the contract are met prior to closing
• Verify, collect, and disburse funds in accordance with escrow instructions
• Clear title requirements, resolve liens/issues, and ensure all documentation is accurate
• Maintain accurate and compliant records for all transactions
• Using analytics and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and making
data-backed recommendations to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer or Escrow Processor
• Active Escrow Officer License (State Specific)
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions, title, and closing processes
• Experience handling residential and/or commercial closings
• Knowledge of escrow regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Existing book of business is a strong plus
• Experience with ResWare, SoftPro, or similar systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Highly preferred
