Job Description
- Field tickets during the day while on contract; on-call rotation begins upon permanent hire.
- Assist with requests related to Healthy Planet (HP), including registries, rosters, and clinical data.
- Support ongoing projects such as:
Certify HEDIS implementation (primary focus)
MIPS ticket resolution to ensure program qualification
HP-related data requests and reporting

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of hands-on build experience in any EMR system (Epic preferred).
- Healthy Planet experience is a strong plus.
- Epic Ambulatory experience is acceptable as an alternative.
- Candidates without Epic experience must demonstrate solid analyst experience (not clinical or training backgrounds transitioning into analyst roles).

Experience with any of the following Epic products is a plus:
- Campaigns
- Patient Registries
- HEDIS
- Health Maintenance
- Quality Measures
- MIPS
