Job Description

We are seeking an Epic Data Aggregation Analyst to support our Population Health team in a high-impact role focused on data integration, transformation, and reporting. This position is essential for supporting ongoing initiatives involving Epic’s Healthy Planet and external data onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, experience with Epic data structures, and a passion for working with large, complex datasets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Aggregate and transform external data (e.g., patient rosters, clinical files) into Epic and Healthy Intent systems.
• Collaborate with EMR vendors (e.g., ECW, Allscripts, NextGen, Amazing Charts) and payers to onboard patient populations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Epic’s Cogito suite.
• Work with tools such as Clarity, Caboodle, and Data Clarity to support backend data operations.
• Create and format files to meet Healthy Intent specifications using Python scripting.
• Support ingestion processes using tools like DINE (Data Ingestion Networking Engine) and Roster Management Engine.
• Participate in quarterly go-lives and provide on-site support as needed.
• Will sit in front of data 70–80% of the time—must be comfortable with a highly data-focused role.

Required Skills & Experience

• SQL experience in the context of transforming raw data to Epic Specifications.
• Familiarity with data aggregation and transformation processes.
• Experience onboarding external data sources into Epic or similar systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- SQL with Cogito Experience (Clarity / Caboodle).
- Cogito Certification.
- Epic Data Aggregation experience (Rosters / Data Ingestion and Normalization Engine).
- Experience with ECW (eClinicalWorks) and other EMR vendors.
- Experience with DINE or similar data ingestion tools.
Background in clinical data or population health analytics.
- Healthcare experience in working with clinical data.
- Epic Hyperspace and Application Experience.
