Job Description

An oil & gas client in downtown Houston is looking for an Engineering Manager to join their Midstream Project Controls team. This individual will be supporting the East Texas Region for a CO2 project. This individual will be responsible for leading the detailed engineering of pipeline and facility scopes for the project. They will help grow the team as needed for project support, create procedures, processes, review engineering drawings, take commercial agreements and put those requirements into drawings.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's in any Engineering discipline

5-10 years of technical CO2 experience (knowledge of safety and Dense Phase CO2 transportation and pumping)

Experience with dense phase gases

Experience with commercial agreements and negotiations

Experience with Onshore/Offshore Private Pipelines (pumps, analyzers, meters, pig traps, piping design, safety knowledge)

Management of change experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working in East Texas

Experience with coordinator support

Project Controls support experience (cost estimating, schedule support, process procedure development experience)
