A large oil and gas operator is hiring a Sr. Endur Software Developer in Houston. This role is focused on leading the design and development of enterprise software solutions. The position involves setting technical direction, defining technology strategy, and mentoring development teams.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead hands-on development, testing, and debugging of complex software solutions
Define and guide architectural design aligned with organizational goals
Collaborate with senior leadership on technology strategy
Mentor and coach technical teams and leaders

Required Skills & Experience
10 years of experience: Endur, Java, and interfacing with Oracle
High School Diploma or GED
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Expert-level proficiency in a wide range of programming languages and technologies
Extensive experience with large-scale system design and deployment
Proficiency in relational databases and knowledge of NoSQL databases
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
NGL or midstream industry experience
