Job Description
A large Energy Company is looking for a Business Analyst in the Houston, Texas area to join the Crude and Products IT Delivery Team. The Business Analyst will join a rather large team with a mix of people in Houston and India. This person will be brought on due to an influx in project work and company growth over the next couple of years which is driving additional headcount for the team. The Business Analyst will be heavily involved in BAU work as well as various project work. Their primary focus will be on the Products business. Most of their day to day will involve answering incident tickets from the operations team and backlog enhancement work from the business. This position requires the Business Analyst to sit onsite 3 days a week split between the Energy Corridor and downtown (Mondays in the Energy Corridor, Wednesdays and Thursdays in downtown). This position pays between $60-$80/hr based on skillset and experience.

Required Skills & Experience
8-10 years experience working as an Endur Business Analyst focusing on the Products business
Experience working with Front, Middle and Back office trading applications with an understanding of the full Trading lifecycle
Experience with Deal Capture (creating and running deal capture workflows)
Experience using SQL
Experience working with Azure DevOps
Strong background working with the full MS Office Suite
Strong skills gathering requirements and translating documentation for developers to use for testing and deployment Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to multiple juggle large scale projects
Great communication skills as they will work with high level stakeholders across different business units
Someone who is eager, motivated, and curious
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Scrum Master certification or experience
Previous client experience
