An employer is seeking a Document Controller to join their growing team in Mexico City, Mexico. This person will be responsible for handling multiple projects at one time and prioritizing tasks accordingly. They will be quality checking documentation, uploading documents into the EDMS system, and transmitting them to and from clients, suppliers, and/or internal teams. The EDMS system that they are currently using is OpenText but intend on switching to ProWork later in the year. The Document Controller will handle up to an average of 40 documents a day but could fluctuate depending on the given project. This person will be held accountable to communicate with and assist the engineering team to resolve any issues with said documentation. It is important that they exhibit advanced English proficiency skills (written and verbal). This person will be required to be onsite at least 3 days a week but have the flexibility to choose which days.
