Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Director, Eastern Region to join a top Midstream EPC company in the Pittsburgh area. They will lead a region of 80 core employees, not including craft labor, and will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities within the companies Eastern footprint, ensuring development and implementation of efficient, cost-effective systems to meet both current and future organizational needs. This region encompasses Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, as well as surrounding states including Virginia, Kentucky, Great Lakes Corridor, Maryland, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina. This region will support key clients across the Marcellus, Utica, and Appalachian basins, as well as midstream and downstream infrastructure in the Mid-Atlantic. This person in this role will not have direct reports & will directly feed into the Senior Vice President of Operations & Services. The day to day expectations will be to execute operational and business development strategies to achieve financial and performance goals for the Eastern Region. They will lead operations focused on capital facilities, pipeline integrity, and maintenance projects within the Midstream and Downstream sectors and review and monitor financial reports, project estimates, and cost-control metrics to ensure profitability and productivity.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in related role

3+ years in a senior leadership or division management role

5-7 years of experience in business development, operations management, or project leadership in Midstream, Downstream, or Energy Infrastructure construction and maintenance.

understanding of capital facilities, pipeline integrity, and midstream operations.

Financial acumen with proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and cost control.

High school diploma

5+ years of experience in creating budget & financial plans

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.

PE or PMP
