Job Description

A healthcare provider in the Medical Center of Houston is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join their team. This person's day will consist of 70% ticket support: resolving 10-30 tickets a day, monitoring ticket que, etc. They will work with their lead on a day to day basis to help resolve any fires and manage expectations from their customers. 30% other duties such as reimaging Windows machines, assistance with the upgrade and break/fix repair. This position is looking to pay $20-23/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

2-5 years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician

Hands on field technical support

Experience reimaging Windows machines

Expert in troubleshooting outlook applications

Experience working with a ticketing system to resolve a technical issues

Customer centric, can-do attitude
Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and high character

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Hands on experience going through a Windows migration

CompTIA A+ certification

Experience with ServiceNow

Any prior hands on Mac support experience

Experience working with O365

Healthcare background
