Job Description

The Design and Drafting Supervisor will lead a team of 15 individuals that consist of Designers, Drafters, and Design Coordinators in various locations: Houston, Salt Lake City, and Tulsa. This team focuses on electrical and civil design for project execution. The Design and Drafting Supervisor will collaborate with internal engineering teams and manage the design and drafting team’s work to ensure all cost, schedule, and quality expectations are met for 15-20 projects at a given time. Other responsibilities include being involved in the hiring process, career development, technical support, providing reports on progress and ongoing efforts, and performance evaluations. The Supervisor will work with 4 other supervisors who also report to the Manager of Design and Drafting. This is not a working supervisor position, but more of a managerial role to increase productivity and team performance.

Required Skills & Experience

10-15 years of midstream oil and gas experience

Midstream gas experience focused around projects

Associates Degree

Prior leadership experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree
