A large Oil & Gas client is adding a Data Performance Analyst to their team as a 12 Month Contract to Hire, with the potential to go permanent or be extended as a long-term contract to their integrated projects team. This role will require the ability to extract, analyze, and validate large sets of data used to analyze trends and impact the business units within the organization. Experience in utilizing data analytics tools such as Power BI and Spotfire to author, publish, schedule, and optimize analytic solutions. The Data Performance Analyst creates custom solutions or configuration options to solve operational or workflow issues. Ability to learn existing code, troubleshoot and present findings/analysis in a cohesive manner. Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans and manages time effectively. Ability to communicate problems and solutions effectively with business and technical stakeholders, comfortable presenting and assisting a senior Business Analyst. The ideal candidate can work independently on various tasks and can work well when collaborating with the team to put together reports / presentations. This role works on a hybrid 9/80 schedule, working every Monday and Friday from home, and in the office Tuesday - Thursday.
