Job Description

This client is currently looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join their fast-growing data team. This individual will play a pivotal role in both setting up and maintaining the data infrastructure, with a primary focus on improving and hardening our data lakehouse in AWS and leading technical projects through Agile methodologies. They will be responsible for developing, constructing, testing, and maintaining architectures such as large-scale processing systems and databases. Additionally, they will work closely with Data Analysts and cross-functional teams to provide solutions that meet their requirements. Expertise in AWS tools, coupled with knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Azure, will drive our data solutions to new heights. The salary range for this position will be 110-125K annually.

Required Skills & Experience

* 5+ years of experience in data engineering with technical
project management in agile methodologies
* Experience utilizing GenAI
* Experience working with DBTCore, Trino, TablePlus,
LunaModeler, Git, or similar technologies
* Proficiency in AWS services with Azure counterparts (S3,
EC2, RDS, RedShift, etc)
* Experience with Microsoft power Platform
*Strong knowledge of SQL and big Data technologies
* Extensive experience with programming languages -
Python and Pyspark preferred
* Proven experience with machine Learning

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Industrial Engineering degree and/or background
