$22 - $28 (hourly estimate)

Job Description

• Support the Polyethylene business in customer relationship management
• Process customer orders and handle queries and complaints
• Order capture, resolution, tracking, progression, invoicing, cash collection, and resolution of any issues that arise
• Support Sales Managers to resolve credit/payment issues
• Ensure master data is kept up to date

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of customer service center experience within chemical/polyethylene or directly in oil and gas industry

Experience with SAP/ GSAP

Experience taking orders and tracking deliveries

Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders

Strong customer focus and service mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
