GoM has piloted a program on one of it's major assets looking to reduce value leakage through our major contracts where inefficiencies lead to substantial cost increases. A significant amount of savings has been identified through this initial pilot and the region intends on expanding this program to all assets.
In an effort to reduce this value leakage, a need has been identified for an Accounts Payable Analyst to evaluate major contracts and identify processes and systems gaps, potential leakages, and opportunities to optimize spend by better executing the work and implementing performance management.
* Hold a degree or relevant equal qualification in Finance, Procurement, Project Controls/Services, or a similar profession
* Excellent skills in Excel, Power Bi, and accounting software such as SAP
* Cost Verification and cost forecasting experience
* Experience working with large data sets
* Experience working with cross-functional groups and stakeholders both internal and external
Thorough understanding of contract lifecycle and contract language
Experience working with POs and Invoices
