Job Description

Supply Chain Data & Reporting Analyst (SAP / Power BI)

Key Responsibilities:
KPI Dashboard Development and Maintenance:
*Support the design, development, and implementation of the supply chain KPI dashboard using Power BI.
*Extract, validate, and transform SAP MM data (tables, reports, and transactional data) to support KPI reporting needs.
*Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all reporting sources.

Process Improvement:
*Identify opportunities to streamline data extraction and reporting workflows.
*Contribute to the development and refinement of processes and procedures that support ongoing KPI reporting.
*Apply continuous improvement principles where appropriate (Lean Six Sigma experience beneficial).

Procedure Writing and Documentation:
*Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and training material related to the supply chain KPI dashboard and associated processes.

Collaboration and Communication:
*Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate data meets requirements, and create clear and understandable dashboards.
*Assist in providing training and support to the organization on the use of the KPI dashboard and related tools.

Required Skills & Experience

*Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain role, with a focus on data analysis and process improvement.
*Basic Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
*Proficient in SAP for supply chain management.
*Experience as a contract specialist, with a strong understanding of contract management principles.
*Experience in inventory management a plus.
BI
*Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher preferred).
*Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM, including navigation of table data (e.g., MARA, MARC, MSEG, EKKO, EKPO), data extraction, and report generation.
*Basic experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting is a requirement.
