Job Description

As a Compensation Analyst, you will be an essential member of the Total Rewards team, supporting the implementation and management of compensation programs to ensure they remain competitive, fair, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. Reporting to the NAM Compensation Supervisor, you will assist with program design, delivery, analysis, budgeting, and administration of compensation programs.

Your daily responsibilities will include
Managing and administering compensation activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
You will participate in market-based compensation survey submissions, implement data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends, and consider geographic or industry-specific variables.
Additionally, you will analyze job and compensation-related data, develop statistical models with appropriate recommendations, and conduct data and cost analysis for new programs.
Benchmarking jobs against survey data to assess competitive compensation ranges for each position on an annual basis will be a key part of your role.
You will also assess and maintain proper job slotting and classifications against the organizations global job hierarchy and local regulations.
Your participation in various compensation-related projects will involve the revision, development, and organizational redesign of existing compensation programs.
Administering the companys compensation programs, including base pay and annual salary and bonus campaigns, will be part of your duties.
You will support the rollout of global compensation policies, such as budgeting, salary ranges, and guidelines, and work with HRIS and IT staff to ensure HRIS software systems meet compensation needs and are updated to reflect changes to salary structures and bonus programs.
Providing guidance to HR business partners on compensation matters and supporting Total Rewards initiatives, along with assisting with various ad hoc projects and requests, will round out your responsibilities.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
3-5 years of compensation experience in pay plan administration, including experience with bonus and incentive plans in mid-large sized organization
Could also be a financial analyst if they do not come from a compensation background
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, charts, experience handling large data sets)
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Knowledge of data, benchmarking, and job-level methodologies from major survey providers like WTW, Mercer, Korn Ferry, Birches, and AON
