Insight Global is seeking an experienced Commercial Title Examiner (TX). The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Texas commercial property transactions and the ability to manage the full examination process independently. This role requires strong technical skills in title searching, plotting, and interpreting complex legal descriptions.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 5+ years as a Title Examiner with a focus on Texas commercial properties.
• Proficiency in title searching and plotting software.
• Strong understanding of metes and bounds legal descriptions.
• Ability to work independently and manage the full examination process.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Familiarity with Texas title laws and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle complex commercial transactions efficiently
