Job Description

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst who can blend strong analytical skills with hands‑on Power Platform experience. This role will analyze business workflows, mine large datasets for insights, and build scalable Power Apps and automated solutions that streamline operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across business and technical teams, translating needs into actionable, data‑driven solutions. This individual is responsible for locating all cost data associated with categories covering supply chain goods for the company. The BPA will also create dashboards showing the annual spend on each category and determine what competitive price points would be.

Required Skills & Experience

5-10 years of experience of analyzing and performing data mining, data profiling, and trend analysis across large datasets

Bachelors Degree

Strong hands‑on skills with Power Apps

Experience with Power Automate and integrating Power Apps into automated workflows

Proficiency with Power BI dashboards, data modeling, and KPI reporting

Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Experience supporting or designing ETL/ELT pipelines or working with cloud data environments

Ability to map and improve business processes and convert requirements into technical designs

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across business and IT teams.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, or BigQuery

Exposure to API integrations within Power Apps or Power Automate

Background working with operational, financial, or engineering analytics

Familiarity with data governance, DevOps, or CI/CD for analytics solutions

Certifications in Power Platform, Power BI, or Azure

Experience collaborating with data science teams or supporting machine learning initiatives
