Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support mission-critical data center projects in the Houston area. This individual will support the interior infrastructure and be responsible for keeping projects on track, staying organized under pressure, and working comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Projects range from 15 MW to 110 MW. This role requires a hands-on, confident professional with strong communication skills who is eager to grow within the company into a Project Manager role.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of commercial construction experience
Exposure to mission‑critical environments (data centers, hospitals, large‑scale commercial builds)
Mechanical and/or Electrical (MEP) background
Experience working for a General Contractor or major subcontractor
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
Strong communication skills (field + office coordination)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Direct data center project experience
Experience supporting interior build‑out or MEP infrastructure
Experience working on large, complex projects
Background with a large GC (Rosendin or similar experience aligns well)
