Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the successful execution of a large-scale 300-building low voltage and electrical infrastructure project. This individual will work closely with Project Managers, field technicians, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
The ideal candidate combines strong project coordination skills with a working knowledge of low voltage systems and electrical construction. They must be highly proficient in Excel for budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting, while also possessing the communication skills needed to build credibility and strong working relationships with field technicians and installation teams.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Assistant Project Management, or Construction Project Administration.
Experience supporting electrical, low voltage, telecommunications, structured cabling, security, access control, or related construction projects.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with demonstrated experience tracking project budgets and financials.
Strong understanding of project scheduling, forecasting, and cost tracking.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience working directly with field personnel and technicians.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting large-scale multi-site construction projects.
Working knowledge of:
Structured Cabling
Fiber Optics
Access Control Systems
CCTV/Surveillance
Network Infrastructure
Fire Alarm Systems
Low Voltage Electrical Systems
Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
