AP Representative I

Insight Global is seeking an AP Representative I to join the team at a large oil and gas company here in Houston, Texas. This role is responsible for accurately processing both PO and non-PO invoices for payment using SAP S4 HANA and FileNet document imaging software. Key duties include handling related calls and correspondence, researching and reconciling vendor statements, and collaborating with Purchasing, Receiving, and other internal teams to resolve issues. The position requires a strong understanding of company policies and procedures, daily audit trail reviews for accuracy, and adherence to strict payment terms and SLAs—ensuring all invoices are addressed within 2–3 days of scanning. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a desk manual, identifying and recommending process improvements, and supporting special projects as needed.
