Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist for a small construction client in Houston, Tx. They will be responsible for managing and overseeing the companys financial transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections, and maintains effective communication with vendors and customers. The Specialist will maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles. More details upon application will be provided.

Expected Pay Range: $18 - $23/hr

Required Skills & Experience

2 or more years experience in an Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or similar role

Strong Pay Applications experience for construction contractors

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.

Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks and other computer literacy skills

Strong communication, time management, planning, and problem solving skills

Ability to troubleshoot problems and strong attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school

Experience in the Construction Industry
