Insight Global is seeking an Annual Planning Manager to join a large utility company here in Houston Texas full-time. The Annual Planning Manager plays a key role in driving enterprise-wide planning by partnering with business units to identify, prioritize, and operationalize both transformational and operational initiatives aligned with short- and mid-term strategic goals. This position supports strategy implementation and corporate development by facilitating planning workshops, modeling financial risks and returns, and ensuring initiatives are actionable with clear KPIs and targets. The role provides tools, training, and guidance to translate high-level plans into tactical execution, supports integration with lean operating systems, and champions best practices across leadership levels. It also collaborates with cross-functional teams including strategy, capital planning, M&A, investor relations, and continuous improvement, while preparing and presenting key insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline
- Proficient in financial and data analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
- 8+ years of experience in financial planning, business analysis, or a related role, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or corporate development, preferably management consulting
- Experience in executive presentations, written and oral communication
- Strong ability to translate complex business concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Self-starting and entrepreneurial; resilient and creative; problem-solver; detail-oriented and consistent in execution; and compelling interpersonal skills
