Job Description
Handle vendor collections and processing invoices.
Communicate effectively with both Sysco Divisions and external clients to resolve issues and address urgencies.
Utilize advanced features in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis tasks essential to the AP function.
Collaborate with team members and demonstrate initiative as a self-starter.
Support business operations by leveraging MS products including Word, Outlook, and other Office applications.

Required Skills & Experience
90% remote, 10% on site in Houston
Solid vendor collections experience. Invoice processing experience
Excellent excel skills
Experience handling inquiries/disputes related to vendors
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Pivot Tables and Vlookups
