Insight Global is seeking a Account Representative for one of their premier clients in the North Houston area. This candidate will need to be comfortable working onsite 5 days a week and after 90 days will have the opportunity to work remotely one day a week. The ideal candidate will have a passion to move into sales and need to be a excellent team player. This role will be reporting directly into the Account Manager and will be responsible for helping ensure client stratification. This role will be eligible for quarterly bonuses. He or She needs to have excellent customer service and communication.

Required Skills & Experience
-Responsible for client communications and conflict resolution.
-Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Manager of any problems that may arise.
-With direction from the account manager, manage the invoices and account receivables for the account.
-Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of the account status at all times.
-Ensures that all processes and procedures are followed and work toward process improvement
-Understanding of company capabilities and service, and gain the ability to effectively communicate all offerings to the client.
-Reports to the Account Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
-Report analysis, trending and corrective actions
