Job Description

Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on plant equipment and systems
Install, run, and terminate electrical wiring for motors and control systems
Conduct testing, repair, and replacement of motors and related components
Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems (Allen-Bradley preferred)
Support both low voltage and high voltage electrical systems
Diagnose issues with controls, sensors, and automation systems
Assist with electrical upgrades and new equipment installations
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures

Required Skills & Experience

3–5+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Experience with PLC systems (Allen-Bradley preferred)
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low and high voltage
Experience with motor wiring, testing, and replacement
Hands-on troubleshooting experience with controls and sensors
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Controls experience, including programming or automation exposure
Advanced troubleshooting experience in industrial environments
