In this role, you will be instrumental in developing project solutions and addressing infrastructure needs for water authorities, municipalities, and private clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including mentoring project team members to foster their growth and ensure successful project outcomes. You will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinating with clients to understand and meet their needs and expectations will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will prepare proposals and fee estimates to secure new projects, perform and review design calculations to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility, and supervise the preparation of figures and plan sets necessary for project execution. Engaging in design modeling to develop effective solutions, preparing technical memorandums and reports to document project details and requirements, and preparing and reviewing project specifications to ensure compliance with standards and regulations will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will develop construction cost estimates to provide accurate budgeting for projects, prepare permit applications to comply with regulatory requirements, and support business development activities to attract new clients and projects, contributing to the growth of the business. This role pays up to 165k annually.
