A large oncology clinic in DFW is looking for a Phone Operator/Schedule to join their team in Garland, TX. This individual will be responsible for answering about 150 calls a day, as well as assisting with scheduling tasks. To be successful in this role we need someone who has an is reliable, eager to learn, and has an understanding of healthcare terminology.
This will be a M-F 8:15am-4:45pm role - phone calls will start at 8:30am and end at 4:30pm. This role will be fully on-site in Garland with the potential to be remote once the contract period is over.
