Job Description

Our client is looking for Federal QCMs to work overseas in Guam or Hawaii

The QC Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing project quality control plans to ensure construction meets or exceeds all contract requirements. The QC Manager will have day-to-day operational responsibility to the Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent, and functional responsibility to the Director of Quality Control.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 10+ yrs as QC professional on construction projects valued $10M+; required.
- 2-yr or 4-yr Degree in construction, or engineering, or related fields; strongly desired.
- Experience working on federal project with DOD/USACE/NAVFAC; strongly desired
- USACE CQCM certification strongly desired, or must attain within 30 days of hiring.
- 30-hour OSHA certification strongly desired, or must attain within 30 days of hiring.
- Proficiency with a computer and with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel); required.
