Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support utility and energy construction projects out of the Fulshear regional office. This role will focus on substation, high voltage, and utility work.
• Oversee full project lifecycle including procurement, construction, and client communication
• Manage budgets, financial impact, and procurement strategy
• Lead client-facing deliverables (RFIs, submittals, proposals)
• Coordinate with construction managers and field teams
• Support scheduling efforts (with scheduler support, not building in P6)
Ensure projects are executed in a fast-paced, high-hour environment

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Background in high voltage, substation, or utility construction
• Strong experience in procurement + submittals + client relations
• Experience working in fast-paced construction environments
Ability to manage financial impact and project budgets
