We are seeking an Engineer with strong experience in Kubernetes and GitOps to build and manage production-grade cloud-native environments. This role focuses on deploying, scaling, and optimizing applications using modern tooling, with an emphasis on reliability, automation, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate Kubernetes-based platforms supporting production workloads
Implement and manage GitOps workflows using tools such as Argo CD to automate deployments
Develop and enhance deployment pipelines to improve release consistency and speed
Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance across production environments
Configure and optimize networking components within Kubernetes environments
Build and maintain monitoring and observability solutions to track system health and performance
Troubleshoot complex production issues across infrastructure, application, and networking layers
Drive improvements in system reliability, automation, and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
Strong experience with GitOps methodologies and tools (e.g., Argo CD)
Solid understanding of containerized applications and cloud-native architecture
Foundational knowledge of networking concepts within distributed systems
Experience working in live production environments supporting critical systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
