Job Description
We’re seeking a dynamic and organized Remediation Project Manager to join our Continuous Validation team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts who thrives in cross-functional environments. You’ll be the glue that connects findings from our validation efforts to remediation actions across multiple teams.
Responsibilities -
Drive and track remediation efforts based on findings from continuous validation assessments
Coordinate with internal teams including EDR, Zscaler, and Firewall to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
Facilitate bi-weekly meetings with technical teams to review progress, blockers, and priorities
Maintain clear documentation of remediation status, timelines, and ownership
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across security, IT, and compliance
Support reporting and metrics for executive visibility into remediation progress
Assist in refining remediation workflows and escalation paths

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Project Manager in cybersecurity, IT, or related fields
Familiarity with security tools and concepts (e.g., EDR, Zscaler, firewalls), but no hands-on technical work required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to shifting priorities
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable translating technical findings into actionable project plans
PMP, CISM, or similar certifications are a plus but not required
