Job Description
o Perform receiving inspections on incoming materials and components using appropriate tools, gauges, and inspection methods per drawing and specification requirements.
o Perform final inspections on completed parts, subassemblies, and products to ensure compliance with customer and engineering requirements before shipment.
o Review certifications, test reports, and supplier documentation for compliance with purchase order requirements.
o Accurately document inspection results and nonconformances in accordance with company procedures.

Required Skills & Experience
o 4+ years of quality control experience inspecting electrical and mechanical parts in aerospace or similar manufacturing industry
o Knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings, and aerospace standards (i.e. AS9100, AS9102)
o Experience using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, surface plates, and other precision measuring equipment.
o Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and quality documents accurately.
o Proficiency with MS Powerpoint and ERP systems for recording inspections.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
o Certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or Technician (CQT)
