A retail investment company is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for executing processes to ensure delivery of a quality product for their clients from site acquisition through construction.
Support Program Manager in organizing and managing due diligence materials.
Review, approve, and oversee proposals from design consultants.
Execute assigned tasks and provide regular status updates to the team.
Proactively identify issues and improve processes.
Monitor and report on key deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
Manage consultants through design and permitting to meet standards and secure permits.
Coordinate with Red Sky Real Estate and third parties to ensure project alignment.
Maintain strong contractor, vendor, and client relationships; manage invoices and contracts.
Liaise with city officials to gather zoning, utility, and SIR information.
Lead coordination between construction and design teams for RFIs and project closeout.

2+ years of project management experience, handling multiple projects and deadlines.
Bachelors Degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with strong computer skills.
Clear and confident communicator, skilled in managing internal and external relationships.
Retail industry background.
Engineering Degree.
