Job Description

*PRE-FILLED***

· Responsible for answering inbound customer service calls related to patient accounting questions

· Answer inbound customer service calls and make some outbound follow up calls in a professional, service-oriented manner

· Answer the calls timely without drops/abandons

· Assist the caller with their questions, concerns, or problems with the focus on first call resolution

· Facilitate resolution by referring the matter to the issue/content expert

Will be answering 30-80 calls a day

Required Skills & Experience

· Customer Service Experience

· Reliable Internet Connection

· Have a remote space -- (like an office or private area since there are HIPPA regulations)

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Experience with Microsoft office, Excel, Adobe, and outlook

Ability to multitask in a high-volume center

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Medical Terminology Experience

& Knowledge of Medical Coding/Codes
