Reliability Engineer

Insight Global is looking for a Reliability Engineer for a top chemical company in Freeport, TX. This individual will be responsible for overseeing reliability for the Freeport, TX and the Scott, LA plants, and may be required to travel to Scott, LA up to 40% of the time. This role will be onsite with 1-2 days a week in Scott, and the rest spend in Freeport. This person should have experience with MOCs, RCAs, failure analysis, rotating equipment, and more. This person will oversee the day-to-day reliability of the plant, as well as implement improvement strategies at both sites. Experience in Manufacturing and/or the chemical industry is a plus. This individual will report to the engineering managers at the Freeport and Scott plants and will work alongside a team of 4 engineers.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
5+ years of reliability engineering experience
Experience with MOCs, RCAs, failure analysis, and rotating equipment
Process improvement expertise
Ability to travel to Louisiana up to 40% of the time

SAP or eMaintenance experience
Process Safety
Manufacturing and/or chemical technologies industry experience
