This large municipality is looking for a someone with a strong Background in UKG Telestaff and WFM. They will Administer and maintain production, testing and trainings environments. Create reports utilizing different applications including SQL Management Studio, business intelligence software, and/or Excel to support daily operations.
* Provides training to end-users on system functionality and develop training documentation. Perform complex analysis for decision making and reporting. Performs quality assurance and controls for data integrity. Consult with team members when necessary to make system adjustment recommendations. Ability to develop business processes independently using best practices. This will be mostly hybrid onsite 2 days a week and remote 3.

4-7 years of experience in the scheduling/staffing and payroll field or in a related area.
3+ Years working as Systems Analyst with UKG, specifically with Telestaff and Work Force Management
Familiar with payroll and staffing standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
Solid understanding of using SQL to run and generate reports
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
