Job Description

An Insight Global customer in the 3PL industry is in need of a Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team. This individual will be supporting customers in the alcohol and spirits accounts team. The main responsibility in this role is to ensure on time delivery of goods and to accommodate any and all customer inquiries, issues, etc. This is a 1st shift, Tues-Sat, hybrid role with mandatory onsite T-Th and remote Fridays and Saturdays. This position will be based out of their office in Fort Worth, TX.

Compensation Range:
$18.00/hr to $18.85/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

- The ability to handle vague customer issues in a timely manner with an emphasis on customer service

- Strong email skills: timely, well written, savvy with outlook and microsoft teams
- Strong people skills
- A passion to grow and develop in the role

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Any 3PL, logistics or transportation experience
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Customer Service awards from previous roles
