Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic MEP team. The ideal candidate will lead electrical engineering projects, ensuring the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.

Design and Development: Develop detailed electrical designs, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and other low voltage systems.

Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Collaboration: Work closely with other MEP disciplines, architects, and construction teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall project designs.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and inspections of electrical systems to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, reports, and as-built drawings.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-15 years of experience as an electrical engineer
- Professional Engineering license or the ability to obtain one within the next 1-2 years
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP).
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
