Job Description

Insight Global is seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals to join our team to deploy and maintain an intelligence and targeting systems in Ft Bragg, NC and Ft. Hood, TX. As a Field Service Technician, you will be assisting implementation teams to support and strengthen the clients user base while deploying cutting edge technology. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Additional responsibilities include: Provide on-site support for the deployment, installation, configuration, and maintenance of a next generation intelligence and targeting system; Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and functionality; Work closely with military personnel and other stakeholders to ensure integration and operation of the system are streamlined; Train end-users on system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures (to include hardware and software components); and respond to technical issues and inquiries from users. The Field Service Technician will document and report all activities, issues, and resolutions and assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and modifications as needed. Hourly pay range: $28-58hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Required Skills & Experience

Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) OR equivalent work experience.
4+ years of experience in field service support or a related technical role, preferably within a defense or military environment.
Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Familiarity with Linux Operating Systems and strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to travel and work on-site, which could include up to 60% of CONUS travel

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with Army intelligence and targeting systems is highly desirable.
Experience with Palantir platforms and products, preferably Gotham
Customer facing experience or experience working directly with senior officers or enlisted leaders
Experience building training materials for complex systems
