Job Description
A pharmaceutical distribution company is looking for a Senior Level Lead Business Analyst to lead the Data team. This will be hybrid (onsite in Flower Mound, TX on an as needed basis). This BA will gather requirements as well as serving as a proxy Product Owner, defining scope and writing user stories. We are looking for a BA who has led a team and can work well with stakeholders and cross functional teams. Ideally this candidate will be familiar with Azure, SAP, and Salesforce. This is a contract-hire.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
2+ years in a Lead BA role
Experience as a Product Owner
Experience gathering requirements for large enterprise level IT Projects
Experience working with Data/Data Architecture/Data Intelligence teams - familiar with SQL, Data exploration, data validation, data pipeline, etc.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Pharmaceutical industry experience
