Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to support a portfolio of enterprise software and SaaS initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring proven project management experience, strong stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to quickly integrate into ongoing projects. This individual will initially support an Enterprise Health & Safety (EHS) implementation leveraging ProSapien, while also having the opportunity to contribute across other SaaS-based projects within the organization.
This is a highly visible role requiring collaboration with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. Onsite 4 days a week and remote Fridays.

Required Skills & Experience
4-6 years of Project Management experience
Proven experience managing SaaS, software implementation, or enterprise technology projects
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, and status reporting skills
Ability to drive projects independently with minimal ramp-up time
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Experience facilitating project meetings, documenting action items, and tracking deliverables
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent initiatives
Experience using project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs or software implementations
Experience with ProSapien or similar EHS platforms
Familiarity with SharePoint-based business applications
Experience working within enterprise SaaS environments
Exposure to change management and user adoption initiatives
