SailPoint ISC Governance Administrator

Insight Global is seeking a SailPoint ISC Governance Administrator to support a major initiative for one of our clients that are merging two Identity and Access Management platforms, extending the existing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) environment to support a newly integrated user population. This role centers on implementing core governance functions for that population, transforming technical integration into a fully functional solution. We are seeking an experienced SailPoint ISC Governance Administrator to lead the deployment of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models and Access Certification campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) principles and excel in configuring business-facing governance modules within SailPoint ISC.

· 3+ years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), with a strong grasp of core principles including:
• Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle
• Access Requests
• Principle of Least Privilege
· 2+ years of hands-on administrative experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
· Proven ability to build and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models in complex mid to large enterprise environments
· Prior experience with Okta, including governance and access management responsibilities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders

· Experience in the healthcare/finance industry or other regulated environments
· Deep expertise in configuring and running Access Certification Campaigns in SailPoint ISC
· SailPoint Certified Identity Security Cloud Professional certification
· Experience leading UAT sessions and documenting business requirements
