Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Tax and Garnishment Specialist to join the payroll team of one of our clients in the events industry. This position will be expected to manage payroll tax setups, reconciliations, and garnishment processing within SAP and ADP. This role includes establishing and maintaining tax jurisdictions, preparing accurate tax vouchers, and ensuring timely payroll deductions. The specialist will reconcile payments between ADP and SAP, audit tax configurations for accuracy and compliance, and process all court‑ordered garnishments, including child support, student loans, and tax levies. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate payroll deduction reports, assisting with garnishment entries in SAP, and supporting special projects that enhance payroll accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience
3 years of cumulative payroll experience with proven expertise in tax and garnishments.
Experience researching tax codes at the federal, state, and local level.
Proficiency in SAP and ADP payroll systems.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
High school diploma or GED.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, HR, or a related field.
