Insight Global is looking for an OSP Construction Manager to join our team supporting a large telecommunication customer. As an Outside Plant Construction Manager (OSP CM) you will be responsible for everything that happens and fails to happen within the pre-construction, construction, and splicing phases of an overall projects relating to installation of Fiber Optic Networks and Fiber to the Tower (FTT). The Outside Plant Construction Manager is responsible for hitting pre-construction and construction due dates, interval, budget, quality, and safety objectives. The overall Outside Plant Construction Manager goals are to deliver projects on-time, on-interval, on-budget and in-compliance with all build quality and safety standards. This will be a 1-2 year long contract, with opportunity to convert perm.

- 7+ years in the telecommunications industry with outside plant, fiber optics, telecommunication architectures, optical transport equipment, and project management experience
- 4+ years of experience with all types of outside plant construction
- Experience managing large capital projects is required
- Experience with KMZ files
