Job Description

A leading data center infrastructure provider is seeking an ISP Supervisor to support Inside Plant (ISP) fiber operations within a large-scale data center environment. This individual will operate primarily in an office/on-site operations capacity, overseeing project execution, coordinating field teams, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams.
This role is responsible for tracking production, managing workflows, supporting scheduling, and acting as a central point of communication between project management, field leadership, and client stakeholders. While not expected to perform hands-on cabling work, the ISP Supervisor must have a strong understanding of fiber optic and structured cabling processes to effectively guide teams and troubleshoot issues.
Daily responsibilities include reviewing production reports, monitoring crew performance, coordinating labor and materials, supporting quality control efforts, and ensuring alignment with project timelines. This person will also play a key role in maintaining documentation, reporting progress, and ensuring compliance with data center standards and site requirements.
The ideal candidate has progressed from a field role (such as Lead or Foreman) into a more operational or supervisory position and is comfortable balancing administrative oversight with technical decision-making
